Justifying tariffs on Canada, Trump says Canada puts 300% tariff on milk coming from the US and that is totally false, there is an agreement with both US AND Canada if a quota for some goods are exceeded THEN a high tariff sets in but 99.9% of milk comes under that quota limit so that argument is just another political ploy to target Canada.
