Dragging people who are illegally here out of shops and schools? You imply that their 'locations' figure in to the decisions of our officers, charged with ridding our country of them???
Tell us why it makes a difference if the man is in a 'shop' when the officer approaches him. "You are illegally here, we are arresting you, and taking you to the airport". Certainly you agree that the man should be arrested and sent to the airport, so what are you saying here? Y'all never admit that they should be sent back to their countries....or to Netherlands. No one is a criminal until judged a criminal by the authorities (a court in the USA). It is always funny to see a Sonhouse diatribe that Trump is a criminal!!!....referring to his checkered past. He has only been adjudged criminal once, and that is the 'felony' of incorrect accounting book entries.

Next, it is a misdemeanor to break into this country. If they are deported and return..ooooooooohhh, they would be considered to be felons.

And to your point, we use the term illegal colloquially, for a person who broke into our country without permission, thus illegally.
