What Is Truncated mRNA? Why Does it Matter?
Our DNA contains gene codes composed of nucleotides. DNA makes proteins consisting of amino acids. Between the gene code and protein, there is a bridge molecule, a “translator”—called messenger RNA (mRNA).
The full-length mRNA sequence of the Pfizer vaccine coding for the spike protein is 4,284 nucleotides in length.
It consists of a 5′ CAP structure to prime its translation into a spike protein. It works like an ignition box of a car. At the end of the translatable region, the open reading frame, there is a stop codon, which is like a car’s brakes. If a truncated mRNA does not contain a stop codon, it fails to give a “brake” signal. The protein translation process will continue endlessly.
Truncated mRNA’s missing stop codon is highly detrimental to humans. It can lead to the production of toxic protein products.

If the stop codon is missing the RNA is interperted as the advice to add amonacids to the protein until the RNA is through. The resulting protein is most likely not functional.
The worst case is that you destroy the Ribosom (if your protein can't detach)...
Now that the protein happens to be toxic is a very far shot, it will be most probably dismantled by the cell to reuse the amin acids...

START-A-B-C-D-E-STOP
If the mRNA is truncated (i.e. shortened) then you might get two pieces like
START-A-B
and C-D-E-STOP
The first piece won’t keep processing after B because the mRNA has nothing more to process and the second one will be inert because it has no start codon.
Even if the second piece is C-D-E-STOP-F-G the F-G will never be processed due to the lack of the start codon.
