Any change to an environment where money is held gives cause for change not only to the environment but also the money. Other events such as rugby can can control the sharmarket. That is only the oil shares. Have you had a look to see the other shares that have moved in price.. up or down?
I wasn't arguing that the story is not a big deal. I was honestly asking for someone who's been following it to fill in the context for me, and who likes this, and who doesn't, and why, etc.
