As for buying "American"? -- if you buy a Toyota that was manufactured in the United States, does that make it an American product? What if almost all the parts were made in Mexico? Is it still an American product? What if most of the workers on the assembly line are immigrants? What if the car was designed by someone from Switzerland? What if the dealership you bought the car from is managed by someone from Singapore and the salesman you bought the car from was from Iran? What if you took out a loan from a German bank to finance your purchase? What if the gasoline you use to fuel your car comes from Venezuela?
