UK data pig

The UK seems to be losing an awful lot of public data at the
moment.
Is this a pronounced case of lockjaw or are our details really at risk?

you can't just wave a magic wand and say, "make it so". it needs a top-down effort, adequately funded. just ask ragnarok. he's a y2k guy, i think.
