When did people decide War had rules?

I'll never understand that.

When they realized some horrible actions have no strategic or tactical value.

Probably around Hammurabi's time.

Clearly if ‘Russia’s investigative committee’ 😂 finds any chemical residue it will be coming off the boots of those Russian terrorists that previously served in Syria.

Really?

It stems from: we won’t do things we don’t want others doing to us.

Like raping women, killing POW’s, etc.
Because when you do that to others, others tend to start doing it back.

Not really rocket science.

The USA had chemical weapons when the US government was demonizing Iraq for WMDs they did not have. The US invaded other countries, spied on other countries using spy balloons, election meddled in foreign elections more than any other nation and threatened to use nuclear weapons more than any other nation.

Is hypocrisy completely undetectable by you? There is nothing contradictory that you will not accept. I am going to call you "cognitive dissonance man" from now on because you accept so many contradictions that defy logic.

If you stand up and admit you’re a Russian propagandist then what your saying makes sense but you’d still have to explain why Russia invading Ukraine is any different to the US invading Iraq.
You whole heartedly support Russias invasion of Ukraine and what they’ve been doing to Assad’s opposition in Syria. You’re a hypocrite of the highest order who’s role here is to spew pro Kremlin and Beijing propaganda.
