After a quick google search: 6,200 faculty members and roughly 38,000 employees.
Oh. So, 142 people doing anything isn't that much.
However, if 142 people are solely doing DEI, then that is an amazing amount. I would presume they do other things as well, and that DEI is only part of their job.
