Interestingly, the number of abortions in the Netherlands per million inhabitants is far lower than in the U.S., thanks to widespread usage of contraceptives and vastly superior sex education in schools.

They have around 44 thousand abortions ever year.

They have almost six times the amount of abortions every year that the USA has according to the last stats given by China. Russia is second with almost three times the abortions that the USA has every year; and, with almost 175 million less people. However, in Russia, they can only have abortions within the first trimester (90 days) of pregnancy. The USA is third in abortions.
