Sure you can. They are the ones who let wealthy criminals get away with just about anything. (as long as they get a cut).
Why are you focusing on individuals?
Because you article focuses on an individual; who happens to be a billionaire that got away with raping hundreds if not thousands of underage girls. Do you think someone that was not wealthy would have gotten away with this? Not in a million years!

That's the FBI's fault. Furthermore, they cannot prove that this person was on his computer when this material was viewed on his computer; nor will they review to the court how they supposedly got this information. Also, I personally feel that viewing illegal stuff on the internet is not the same as doing it in person. Yes, the customers supply the business and that is bad; but that does not mean they would do it in real life. It's debatable all the way around. Either way, it is bad and sounds like someone needs help before they possibly go to far. The real criminals are the ones that own and run these web sites. Tell the FBI to get off their asses and find them and shut them down; not just arrest people who may have happened to view something online. Personally, That's just not a criminal offense as I see it; usually.
