Muslims who do not support terrorist [there are none that I know of], should not be targeted. But if they live among these killers, then they are just collateral damage. Muslims that truly do not support terrorism will exit these terrorist states and live elsewhere .. something like what the 2,000,000 Arabs have done who choose to live among the decent Jews in Israel.
