That doesn't imply, as you ridiculously assume, that vaccination itself makes you ineligible for deportation; it just means that undocumented immigrants can get the vaccine without fear that will mean ICE agents will be waiting outside the clinic door.
A most reasonable policy where the most important thing is getting people physically present in the US vaccinated.
