What about a "Victims of Terror Memorial".
Picutres, video, audio of terror victims doing everyday activities - at picnics, swimming and just loving their family members (not availible in all cases though). But then the surviving family members and friends could, in short video or audio segments describe the lives of the victims and the impact the loss of their loved ones has taken on those who know them.
This could be available on the internet in a 'virtual tour' format and the media worldwide could announce additional victims shortly after new terrorist actions occured. Something simple like 'the victims of the railway bombings of a week ago are being added to the Victims of Terror Memorial, Visit www.victimsofterrormemorial.com for details".
I wonder what impact would that might have on the world?
Who stands for these victims? Who gives them voice? They do count but are seemingly forgotton.
