In a recent ABC town hall exchange with moderator George Stephanopolous, Trump was speaking about the COVID-19 virus and his (Trump's) response to it.

Trump referred to "herd mentality." What he most likely meant was "herd immunity", but what he actually said was "herd mentality."
This is a textbook case of a freudian slip: he said what he really thought. And what he really thinks is that the American people are cattle.
My questions to American voters today:
Are you a cow? Are you dumb? Are you docile and easily dominated? If you can answer yes to any of those questions, then vote for Trump. He'll represent you faithfully, because that's what he thinks you are: dumb, docile, and easily dominated.
We have also learned that Donald Trump concealed the truth (maybe calling it a "lie" is too strong a word for docile people to stomach) from the American people about the virulence of the virus because he did not want to cause a panic. (Did any other major leader in the world think his nation would panic if told the truth?)
My next question to American voters is this: are you easily panicked if told the truth? Do you need a paternalistic truth-concealer to protect you from going all weak-kneed in case someone tells you the truth? If you answer yes, then Trump's your candidate! He's a real strong guy. He'll step up to the plate and protect you from the truth.
