If you've ever spoken to a farmer, there's an understandable need for seasonal jobs that can't be plucked from the people who already live there.

We do NOT need undocumented migrants to pick crops. Let's not conflate the two. It doesn't sound like Nancy is talking about that.
The need for immigration reform centers on this issue. Because there are not enough documented workers, farmers rely on undocumented labor to fill 50% of their job openings. If Ron really cared about ridding his state of undocumented immigrants, he could start by enforcing laws at the farms in his own state.
