Voter suppression about ID's?

Anyone here, even the ultrarightwingnut contingent, still think the Georgia laws are just to confirm voter ID?

Why don't you argue the case that the Georgia laws and hundreds more like it coming on line, that they are NOT designed to keep latino's and blacks who happen to majority vote dem, republicans want to stop them from voting since they decided a lot of elections in favor of dems.
