Trump has not been criticised for being vulgar. He is vulgar every day of his life. He was criticised for the actual content of what he said.
As for you claim that the press knew 10 years ago that Trump would be in his current position and that they carefully held on to a tape specifically for that moment - I think you need to try and have thoughts more often.
