Is it as bad as Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò says?

Uh… a treaty is signed by an individual nation… so it becomes law (superceding national law). So, all treaties yield soveriegnty, but are subject to a nation’s choice. So, it’s a sovereign choice to yield sovereignty for a better position.

And if it’s a pandemic… ergo, larger than one country issue, then a treaty is generally a better way of coping with a problem.

I’ve not read the treaty or even heard about it, but basically, stating that a treaty yields sovereignty is like stating that there’s cheese on a cheeseburger.

JMHO - I think we need to cut the W.H.O (and everyone else) a little slack on this and stop being so judgmental. This pandemic of the last few years blindsided countries around the world and killed millions. It's natural that mistakes would be made. More cooperation, and less finger pointing is what's needed

Did you read the letter from the link in my OP?
You should do that before forming an opinion.

Yes, I did read it, and regardless of whether I agree with it or not, I still think everyone should be less judgmental.

BTW.... As a dues paying member here, I'll state my opinion as I see fit. 😏

Form an opinion on the best way to contain and confront future pandemics based on a letter written by an arch bishop?
You kiss that ring if you want to I’ll listen the science.

Such a well thought out reply.

A letter about law, not science.
Now I know why you are so stupid. You don't read anything.

So, you don’t understand the concept of “treaty” and why that would be a logical tool to apply when dealing with pandemics?

So you didn't read his letter either. Typical.
Here is an excerpt so you cannot keep ignoring everything in the letter.

"Viganò wrote. “These resolutions will transfer sovereignty regarding the health of citizens to a supranational body that is largely financed by the pharmaceutical industry and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.”

Viganò explained that should nations give up their sovereignty to determine public health decisions for citizens, unelected “technocrats” at the WHO will have unilateral control to impose more lockdowns, more vaccines, and Orwellian vaccine passports on a global scale."

Do you want the WHO to have unilateral control to impose more lockdowns, more vaccines, and Orwellian vaccine passports on a global scale? Yes or no?

Just listen to yourself, you bleeding bum grape.

If you need international action, you need international coordination. I dare say, the WHO is in a better position to do that than the US bloody government.

It’s not working, I still have take my cutters out every couple of months but I appreciate their efforts. It’s ok for MB with his fancy silver hat.

No I don’t read your links MB but why do you think the letter being about anything other than theology would render a different answer from me. Idiot.
