@shavixmir saidShag doody, the issue is who 'made' them work, not that they work, I'm a big advocate for children learning what work is at an early age, my first job was mowing lawns at about 10, it was easier to use the bar half way down the handle to push the mower because the regular handle bar was too high.

I'm pretty sure No1 will wade in here to back me up, the state has no business in the parent/child relationship. So again the question is who 'made' these children work. It seems in the examples you give an opportunity was offered, and it is an opportunity that has been taken advantage of. Rather than being 'made' to work.
Refer back to zahlooney bamboozle's post, he's saying that the Republican party are 'making' children work.
Do I need to copy/paste it for you, it's right there.
Which policy is that, don't go off on a tangent or run away as per zahlooney, kudos to you for having at least some gumption to attempt a response, you're on a hiding to nowhere, zahlooneys fingers got carried away skittering all over the keyboard making stuff up, but at least you had a go.

@athousandyoung saidYou know there are many Countries that don't make vehicle insurance compulsory. That it's just another scam where pollies force people to buy products from their buddies.
That's why we require licensing, registration and insurance for cars.
@wajoma saidSorry dude. International and national laws force governments to protect children.

There should be no opperunities given in this respect, parents aren’t allowed to use any such opperunities and children aren’t allowed to choose in these matters.
So, take your 19h century opinions back to the farm and accept that I linked to reports on children working night shifts, like you requested.
End of.
