No I think the school is wrong.
But damn.....she looks like a carnival freak and is very off-putting. Her appearance is alarming, and her children are suffering in school after their classmates see her.
She looks like a monster and is an unfit mother. No normal person disfigures themself like that.

She is freaky LOOKING for sure.
We have an employee here at Infinera of a man tat like that but he is definitely not a freak, admittedly he LOOKS like on just like her plus about 20 rings in his ears but he is actually a pleasant going fellow and very helpful to newbies on the job like me so it is a matter of maybe just sussing the person out, talk with her see what her deal is all about, maybe present her like the Bradbury tale 'the illustrated man' and get her to tell about each tat to the kids, that would show the kids there are many types of humans in the world and we don't know why she started down that road but just judging based on looks, we know where THAT leads.
But in this covid era and the reduced intelligence clearly happening to the human race that would not happen.
