Perhaps it was necessary. If a “customer” starts demanding free groceries, being verbally abusive and advancing on security into the security office the guy has to do something. A competent judo, jujitsu or wrestling guy could have immobilized her without punching but maybe the guy didn’t have that training.

I like what the commenter woman says at 1:30 about how mental institutions were deliberately closed so they could use mental instability to push their agenda. As an example she mentions Connor Sturgeon who was suicidally depressed and shot up a bank a few days ago.
