Sounds effective to me but it also seems like you might have a ticklish problem afterwards with strange dogs licking your ass. What's a high calonic(sp?), kirksey? I hear comedians make jokes about it but have never really known what it is. I've always assumed it was like an enema but don't know why I've assumed that.

It might be something like a colon cleansing, but I've never had one. Some people swear by them. I'm not in to gettin a shop vac put up my butt.
