this is a map of the countries which recognize the Holodomor (1933 Ukrainian famines) as genocide.
is this a rough map of Cold War loyalties?
UK and Germany are missing. realpolitik?
France is, too (communist tendencies)?
much of SA is on but Venezuela and other nearby N. SA countries are off.
Mexico, AU, Canada are on there. nothing in africa is.
