President Donald Trump’s new acting director of national intelligence, Bill Pulte, began purging staff members at the office Monday. Pulte ordered staff members to identify 400 employees to be fired from the National Counterterrorism Center.

Trump is working for some foreign power. It's the only explanation which makes any sense. No sane government lowers it's security barriers voluntarily.

Well you presume that the reason for the decline is due to what? The reason I lose weight is because I exercise and eat/drink less and that was my idea as to why Americans have dropped theirs too. Individual choices based on somewhat obvious thinking.
