You accuse me of being either ignorant or ingenuous, even though you know absolutely nothing about me. All I did was ask you a question. You may not have intended to answer my direct question, but you did.
Merry Christmas. ☺

To be fair, I doubt if Kewpie feels she/he has ever made an inappropriate post towards you.

To continue your game, do you think you have ever, on the RHP forum, made an inappropriate post to any other poster?

@Duchess64

OK. I can see that you would (rightfully) be a tad annoyed by that, and I would agree that was a horrible and inappropriate post.

I am a little confused though. It certainly wasn't me who put that up, and I am almost as certain that it wasn't Kewpie.

So are you not going to address my question 2 posts up?

In the long history of the USA , no president has done more for the American people AFTER leaving office .
And we would have had national healthcare in 1980 if not for Ted Kennedy , the Lion of the Senate , who torpedoed the legislation to further his desire to force Carter to step aside so he could run in 1980 .
Since leaving office the reputation of Jimmy Carter has st ...[text shortened]... adily improved while the the reputation of his successor , Ronald Reagan , has steadily decreased .
I agree, I think that of the presidents within living memory, Carter cuts the best figure. He was a better ex-president than a president.

Reagan, as an ex-president, faded further into dementia.

Bush Sr., not a bad president, but his presidency never quite emerged from the shadow of Reagan's charisma, co-wrote a book "A World Transformed" about foreign policy. Not a bad book, I'm told. He voted for Hillary rather than Trump in 2016.

Bill Clinton as been a very active post-president. He supported a number of charitable functions (hurricane relief funds, etc.) and engaged in diplomatic missions (e.g., to Haiti).

George Bush Jr. attends football games (Dallas Cowboys), has otherwise kept a low profile, and notably declined to endorse Trump in 2016.

It is too early to comment on Obama as an ex-president.

Trump is going to get mired in legal issues, probably spend the rest of his life fighting court cases and declaring himself the winner.

I prefer to think that ex-Presidents might heed the biblical admonitions of Matthew 6: 1-4.

1 - “Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven."

2 - “So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full."

3 - "But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing."

4 - "So that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you."

(Although I fear that this biblical brand is well beyond Trump's capacity; I suspect that the ex-President will continue waving a Bible high in the air in order to look solemn.)

I would like to know who that was. Nobody should be able to say that and not be deleted.

It certainly was not me.

But about the Op my fondest wish is to see THIS ex POTUS in prison where he richly belongs.
