well "margin" is not a food, rather its the spaces on either side of a piece of lined paper.

i don't know how it is spelled either, which is only fitting because God knows what is in it.

on a side note, margerine(or how is it spelled, firefox doesn't recognise the word i written) contains vegetable fats that cannot be assimilated by the organism. so they are just deposited in the organism. so to all paris hiltons stick figures, margerine is bad for you.

butter isn't so healthy either but at least it is natural(or is natural before conservatives are added)

those damned conservatives are determined to destroy every one of life's little pleasures with their economic rationalist mindset. I say boo to them.

There are versions of margerine much better than others, like Olivio which is made from olive oil and has no transfats, and others of its kind. I think it safe to say they are safer than butter. I think butter is loaded with transfats and cholesterll. Olivio tastes more like butter than almost any other margerine BTW. I don't like the run of the mill margerines but that brand is one of the best for taste and health. Another one is called Natures Balance, something like that, tastes almost exactly like butter but no transfats and little cholesterol.
