That's a laugh-riot. Yeah, the system is really strong on rehabilitation. Whatever.
The punishment should be like 250 hours of community service (above the cost of the cars and
damage to property), roughly 6 months of 4-hour-a-day weekends for this kid. He should associate
bad behavior with responsibility.
