Seriously though, it seems the FBI is investigating the case, so we'll see what they come up with. It seems a little odd that someone would commit suicide in such circumstances, then again there are many very odd people out there.

They may need to bring 'Norm' in on this one. I noticed they blurred out the policeman's face who did the reenactment, personal security reasons? or could he not stop laughing?
Whatever the result of either investigation, the Jonesboro Police are responsible for Chavis Carter’s death. When a person is in police custody and has been incapacitated as Chavis Carter was with his hands locked behind his back, they are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of that person.
