If all the conservatives/right-wingers left the site would we even have debates?
They make the forums fun by driving up our blood pressure with racist/sexist/homophobic hateful bigoted ignorant, and we get to blow of steam by calling them morons. But what if they all stopped posting? What would we debate?
I guess we'd debate topics like best forms of government, most effective renewable energy sources, most influential authors, etc.
But would this forum actually be any fun without the bat**it crazy posters like Metal Brain? Or the jaw-droppingly stupid posts from Av Joe? Would any of you really even come back to this forum with no more twisting-in-wind explanations why they support who thinks windmills cause cancer?
It would be refreshing for about a week but this form would be dead real quick if all the right-wingers stopped posting.
