The "FBI document" is the complaint, which was probably drafted based on prior information. This is a complaint against Marquez for buying the couple the guns. Obviously the case will go to trial, so we'll find out whether the complaint which has probably been in the works for a week or so or the FBI press statement on Wed is more accurate.

Zealots are those whose zeal motivates them to zealous actions. It is simply observing zealous actions, but of course that can't accurately count numbers of zealots who don't take action.
