$6000 in the usa for 9/11
$100,000 in iraq,
$6,000,000 in poland.
whichever way - it will not bring back the loved family members, who had no idea why they were killed.
in every case it is inadequate compensation.

- 100,000 people is alot more than 6,000 people
- It was over an area that affects alot more children
- There were alternatives and the means to pursue them
I'm inclined to say that the invasion of Iraq was worse than 9/11 and that if American's truly want sympathy and cooperation in future then they should STOP their violent ways. Start by getting rid of Bush now !
Originally posted by STANG100,000 people is, indeed, a lot more but as I said above, I don't think the numbers make a difference in terms of what is a worse crime. Clearly the number of people affected is more though. I personally don't think it is more humane to kill adults than children and there are always alternatives.

I do have a sneaky feeling that the motives of the bombers themselves was based on something less revolting than the motives behind the Iraq war but that is as far as I'll go.
I believe that 9/11 was a horrific, inhuman act. Just like the war in Iraq.
