'Donald Trump was the U.S. President when the Abraham Accords were worked out in 2020. He hosted a signing ceremony at the White House on September 15, 2020, where the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain normalized relations with Israel.
President Donald Trump oversaw the brokering and signing of the accords.

This report says it has a shaky future.
@AverageJoe1 saidAn accord that may not hold up in the next few years is FUNNY to you? Not an appropriate response.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
@AverageJoe1 saidI bet you won't think it is so funny if dems actually get Senate and house to 60% vote and we FINALLY impeach this criminal Trump for real.
Ha ha ha ha ha again but thanks for telling us
@sonhouse saidYes, that's why it hasn't happened yet. We need a Senate with some balls. AND it will take more than that to get the Trumpstain out of our government. You know as well as I do that a Vance administration will be nothing more than a Trump puppet administration.
For sure. But doesn't the Senate need 60% vote to finish the impeachment and get his sorry ass out of office?
@AverageJoe1 saidI think it would be hilarious. I can hear the resounding "YOU'RE FIRED!!!!!" from here.
I will not think that would be funny.
Whew
@Suzianne saidIndeed, which makes you wonder if the entire idea of impeachment as it looks today should be off the table BECAUSE that POS Vance will be POTUS.

The only bright side of that is, assuming we do get enough votes in the senate, Vance as POTUS will have to contend with a highly antagonistic democrat house and senate.
The only hitch there is even if all goes how we want it to go, Trump is out on his ass, Vance is POTUS and a lame duck, he still will have the backing of SCOTUS and there is nothing we can do about that unless we can impeach one or two SCOTUS members who are as corrupt as Trump.
Not sure if congress has the power to impeach a SCOTUS member.
@AverageJoe1 saidYep, you are so in LOVE with the present criminal POTUS I bet you would grieve for YEARS.
I will not think that would be funny.
Whew
You might put that in the back of your mind.

Onto something
@sonhouse saidThe process is the same for all Federal officials: impeachment in the House and conviction in the Senate.

It would be easier for a president to raise the number of Justices.
