If someone was born a women with a male organ, would it be worse to...
1) Have a sex-change to your organ, and remain the same in the public eye.
2) Stay as you are, and receive the criticisms.

No, that isn't the answer to the question or any relevance to the debate thread I started.
If you would like to show a little consideration and thoughtfulness to the users who take part in these forums, I would be more than happy to discus these matters through the PM service.

There's plenty of people who are one gender on the inside and another on the outside. If Jamie Lee Curtis can be a man genetically/inside, but present as a female on the outside, I think the rest of us can embrace the gender neutral.
My definition here is a women in the upper half, but a man in the lower....

Sorry I didn't define this before, but you are also looking for a partner as everyone has a right in life. Obviously the first becomes a women with no seen difference(not capable of children), and the second is a man who looks like a women.
Originally posted by Anonymousnumber1Well your upbringing(what makes us) wouldve been spent being treated as a female. I guess some people would lack much support, so it may/may not be the best option...
Personally, if the hermo didn't have a problem with itself, then #2 is the way to go. Otherwise, dig that hole deep, BRO.
Basically it would come down to what the person wants & I don't think in the given example a dick would define a person as a man. If you think about it, it would be the motherly instincts that would want her to stay as a man and have children.
It's pretty confusing with all the different scenarios and must be hard for someone to make the right one for their own personal life. I just don't think it's that bad getting the chop, when most people would probably consider #2 the best option. You can't have kids, but life would be better.
Originally posted by pizzinteaI don't see how it's tradition, sexist or close-minded for a women to want kids more than a man.
So you support tradition. A true female has motherly instincts?
A bit sexist and very close-minded.
Well, I guess this situation is different but for a normal mother a closer bond would be formed. This would be programmed through an interaction with society as she grows up, as most people would not know she couldn't be a mother.
