To remind you one more time, racism is a belief that one "race" is superior/inferior to another "race". It is not supporting measures which seek to eliminate or limit the damage done to members of a "race" because of such ignorant beliefs and actions based on them.

It’s not. It is, however, a justified debate and certainly one actually worth mentioning.
Google: white saviour complex.
Basically, it’s when a group of people want to help but do so from within their own frame of reference.
To simplify that somewhat abstract answer: introducing short term solutions rather than helping sort out the long term problems.
For example: sending food to Africa, rather than sending money so that water wells and tractors can be bought by the people themselves, so they can dig themselves out of the hole.
Or: storming in to help, instead of asking what the person needs and helping them achieve that.
Or… me offering you this information, rather than me asking what your question is and what’s troubling you, and fitting my answer to your needs…
It’s way too simple to call it supremist. It’s more like not thinking things through and automatically acting.

Republicans aren't the majority.
Most of the country is solid republican, democrats won because of the pockets of high population voters in major cities. It wasn't until California jumped in with both feet and voted all Dem that the popular vote swung towards Biden.
Whole damn map is red except for them.
