Maybe Biden can address the anti Chinese bias in the US.
Trump certainly did not.
Personally I am pulling for the Chinese to be able to pull off the Martian probe coming in to land AND the NASA probe also going to attempt a landing soon.
At least in science, we cooperate for the most part unless there are international security issues involved like knowing the Nuke codes and the like.
