KM is an establishment shill. Nobody should vote for him.

If not JJ who would you like as the next speaker? It has to be a republican as you know.
Does anyone really believe (fantasize) that Jim Jordan would have gotten even close to the 218 votes required ?
Really ?? Really ??

No. Why would you think that?
Do you know the difference between should and could?

I am surprised more democrats didn't vote for him. Who changed their votes to get him in? Those are the people who took bribes to sell their votes. There are few congressmen that cannot be bought of by the Rockefellers.

The Rockefellers run my country. They have since the Spanish/American war. Them and JP Morgan. The robber barons got that wealthy by being ruthless. Andrew Carnegie wasn't ruthless enough so he hired Frick the prick. That was how he tried to compete with JDR. JDR ruined Tom Scott, his mentor. That turned them into bitter rivals. JDR was upset that Tom Scott was getting into the pipeline business.

The most powerful people in the world are the most ruthless. They have so much money and power they can buy off anybody and they own the corporate news media so you don't learn how evil they are.

Nice for you! So happy you are amused! 😉

We over here in the States have to deal with these characters a little more directly!
Should've voted for someone else, then.

Or even turned up to vote at all. I despise the absentees even more than I despise the Trumpists.

No, it doesn't. It has to be someone who gets the absolute majority of the cast votes. That's all it has to be. There's nothing in the rules that says it has to be a Putin-bot.

I was speaking realistically. Democrats don't have the votes. If they did we would be talking about Jeffries.

At least we can begin the New Year by agreeing on the promise of KM to not spend money without cutting expenditure in other areas!
Uhhh, we do agree on that I hope?

@AverageJoe1
He will do whatever the Rockefellers order him to do.
This the best democracy money can buy.
McCain-Feingold made matters worse by shifting campaign cash from the political parties to outside, third-party groups.

People just think they have a choice. They don't.

Not with the current House, you weren't. Anything may happen. People may panic. Even Republicans - who, by and large, aren't people - may panic.

Under normal circumstances, you would have been nearly correct: it would not have to be, but almost certainly would be, a Republican. Right now? It very much does not have to be. There's no rule, and there's no saying what this box full of fluttering moths may do.

Well, looks like McCarthay is the best man for the job.
It took only 15 votes to realise this.

Repubs are def people.
Shallow Blue, it is Repubs from whence all your true production and support comes from, slanthead. How can you say they are not people? It (welfare, free money, etc) comes from somewhere. Let me remind you, the govt has NO money.
By the way, I myself, I am in a panic, I think it is all too late, even though we have the edge in the House.

No, as long as they refuse to kick all Trumpists out, they aren't; no, it isn't; and no, don't be such a pathetic racist.

Oh, and by the way: we know that. You've been continuously in a panic for a decade at least, by now. You, and I quote, "could just scream", on a daily basis. We know that, Joe. It's stopped meaning anything long, long ago. Your panic is about you, personally, not about the Republicans, the Democrats, Trump, that dirty "cultural" Obama, or indeed the world at large. It's you, Joe. Your panic is just you.

But I do find the culture phenomenon troubling, however. How do you think El Paso will be affected. Got kids in school there? Downer.

You're drunk again, Joe. Better lay off the keyboard until you can write a coherent sentence.
