As of yet no one has stoped me from doing as i wish with sperm in my own home. And I believe noone would stop me from doing as I wish with a ovary. Therefore if I were to combine these why can I not do as I wish with the result? If it is less of a person and more of my property, why cant I do as I wish with it.

Parents have quite a lot of rights over their children, but not to the point of owning them as slaves which is what ownership of a person means.

This discussion has brought up another interesting point: With all the high profile adoptions of African AIDs babies by celebrities like Madonna and Angelina Jolie, I was wondering if there will be enough to go around this Christmas season? I want to get one for my room, but am unwilling to stand in line all night at Wal-Mart or pay a scalper on eBay. Any advice welcomed.
