Why don't they charge him with Incitement?

Because an indictment is a charge. You can't get charged with "charge".

It's been 2 years since the Jan 6 committee started up.

Give them time, Joe!!

He said Incitement.

Federal law prohibits inciting, assisting, or engaging in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority, laws, or operations of the U.S. Government. To convict, the prosecutor must show the defendant knowingly committed an overt act to further insurrection. A conviction carries up to 10 years in federal prison. (18 U.S.C. § 2383 (2020); Yates v. U.S., 354 U.S. 298 (1957).)

District of Columbia. Willfully inciting or urging others to engage in a riot results in up to a six-month jail sentence. The penalty bumps up to a 10-year prison sentence if the riot results in serious bodily harm to a victim or more than $5,000 in property damage. (D.C. Code § 22-1322 (2020).)

@divegeester

Changed your avatar again, I see. It fits.

@Suzianne
You didn't know that only applies to everyone but their god king Trump?

Funny, I noticed the same thing. Average Joe says Trump is not above the law but continues to support him at every turn and refuses to even acknowledge there are charges, he is psychologically incapable of discussing the issues of Trump charges.
And soon the Georgia DA will pull the trigger on yet another use of presidential power to attempt to swing the election lost there, I just want to find 11780 votes' and now we find he tried the same sick tactic on other office holders in Georgia, of which there are a BUNCH of audio of Trump's own voice pressuring those politicians to 'find' the fake votes.
But of course the zombies still support him, national security be damned, now that TRUMP is charged with holding top secret docs, those folks now think there should be no secrets at all.
And I fully expect any replies to be like "Sonhouse tirade again' the sure sign they are unable to come up with a single defense of their god king Trump.
Oh yeah, I forgot, we all are "Woke', so that makes Trump innocent of all charges.

Thank you, I misread it.

Correct. It's because he's an insincere hypocrite.

Right! Right out of the School of Marauder. Why don't they charge him with Incitement? It happened a long time ago.
