From Jack Smith:

Read the indictment.

The charges are not complicated.

There are no first amendment or constitutional disputes. There are no political statements.

It is a fact based narrative of actions taken to undermine democracy.

It is an indictment meticulously crafted for one purpose.

A conviction.
Of course . Genius in the indictment but nothing about incitement. Has that been shown to have happened, so that these Mueller-trained people can get his ass?

Trump defenders have made much of one sentence in the middle of his January 6th speech where he talked about being "peaceful". They don't talk about the following facts:

Trump called for his followers to go to the Capitol on January 6th, the day Congress was to certify the election.

He said it was going to be "wild".

In his speech, which repeated numerous electio ...[text shortened]... icators are that Trump wanted the crowd to disrupt the certification and was quite pleased they did.
So he is guilty of “not” doing something about something someone else did which he did not tell them to do,,,,, he said be peaceful (you just HATE he is on record), and he watched TV! Weak , Marsuder.
Yes he said it was going to be wild!! Your point?
There is nothing about “election fraud’ being a crime.
Next u write about what the crowd did, ??
Your last para…..what the “crowd’ wanted?????????????? Jesus.
You score zero on this post.

I don't understand your convoluted point. Are you disputing the criminal charges or not?

How was the crowd Trump was talking to going to "save democracy" (his words) that day?

How were they going to "stop the steal" (his words) that day?

How were they going to "fight like hell" or "you're not going to have a country anymore"? What could the crowd do that day?

Actually, he never said "you be peaceful". He said, early in the speech before the comments I have mentioned and before he recited a long list of false claims about the election (which his advisors had told him were false) "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard." https://www.npr.org/2021/02/10/966396848/read-trumps-jan-6-speech-a-key-part-of-impeachment-trial

He knew and intended differently, however. Do you think it's a coincidence that the crowd left his speech and then immediately attacked police in a successful attempt to break into the Capitol and stop the certification?

And when they did, he did nothing to stop them and even praised them.

You're gullible and stupid but even you should be able to see that, at the very least, he incited the crowd to do what they did. Of course, he's accused of far more than that.

I did.

You calling someone a "liar", again? You play that idiotic game all the time when someone can easily verify their statements.

Is that just stupidity on your part or some moronic "strategy" right wing media taught you? Metal Brain plays that game, too.

OK, I have been too general. I am asking you fellers to tell us what crimes he committed. That is what is going on in the news right now, so, I bring the question here. If Trump's lawyers went nuts and told him about illegal elections, and he followed their lead and said. "The elections are illegal":, ( like your pants suit girl Hillary did years ago).................Was that a crime for Trump to challenge the elections because his advisors said to challenge the elections?? Yes, we know many smart people are pushing this in Georiga, but I am not asking them. I am asking you. What crime? Tell us what he did that quallifies as a crime, and it damn sure is nothing he did on Jan 6.

Marauder, while we have your attention, why was Hillary able to get away with hollering about the elections, but Trump was not? A simple question, and feel free to use a link to answer it. We will take any answer from anywhere.

Hillary did not engage in any illegal activity to overturn the election; Trump did.

Glad to help.

He said a lot more than that; didn't he?

So was it just a coincidence that minutes after Trump finished his speech, the mob attacked the police lines and broke into the Capitol?

Let us stay on track, this is Suzianne making light of my post above. How is that a dream? There is no incitement charge. It is all political. There is no crime charged. It is subverting to criminalize a man who BELIEVES HE WON THE ELECTION, and he has a right to believe that. He has a right to be wrong. Your buddy Sonhouse thinks his being wrong, I guess, made him a ...[text shortened]... for you to chew on. All you fellers all half-cocked.
Biden's problems are MUCH tougher stuff.
Just go read the indictment and join us here in the real world.
