Joe, the truth is very simple. People in many communities just don't give a darn. Get mad and protest, for Pluto's sake.
And while all this is going on, where the heck are the state police? Out issuing speeding tickets. It's a revenue thing.

If people are leaving shops with so much booty in trolleys, the shop surely can’t afford it.
So, that means they have to claim insurance.
To claim insurance for theft, surely you have to back the claim up with a police rapport?
The insurance will go up, so the shop will have to raise prices, and this will be a bummer for all the ordinary folks.
At some point, one can only imagine that either the shops or the ordinary folks, pitch in to get some undercover security people to break legs should it occur again.

What you're seeing in the vid is a response by the capitalists (on the side of private property rights) to the INITIATION of force by the communist (when no one owns anything, everyone owns everything).
