I’m against any behavior of this sort, but honestly ,because what’s happened can’t be undone.
I’m just answering this question with a “wait-and-see, just-for-fun” mindset.

@shippingtest saidYeah, Russia and the Russian Federation (the former Empire) really don't have much to offer the world other than natural resources.
@cosmic-energy4
glad to see that if he do this
haha
That whole vast territory is rather stunted. They've had a few painters and musicians, but all of their famous writers were not necessarily supportive of the circumstances in which they occurred -- and some of their less famous writers really just wanted to write about life as they saw it, and might have been despised by some for not objecting to the oppressors of the time.
Meanwhile, China, despite its own history of internal wars and foreign invasions followed by more internal political disputes has been doing surprisingly and respectably well. So many modern cities (even ones far from the coasts), so many literate people with cultural respect . . . well, I hope many countries can learn from the lessons of China.
For instance, the USA is a similarly large country, but I'm not sure the people of our interior benefit from the global economy and culture as much as the coastal states do.
