There are radical Muslims just like there are radical people everywhere.
There is no axis of evil and there is no axis of goodness.
Domination and corruption lead to terrorism.
You will never stop all the terrorists with violence.
Violence will only lead to more violence.
Violence that leads to the deaths of innocent people will only lead to more terrorists.
Peace can only be obtained through education, negotiation, compromise and acceptance.
As the balance of power changes in the world, humility, moderation and diplomacy have to be part of the solution.
Supporting an organization of united nations has to be part of the solution.
Disempowering that organization is a path toward annihilation.
Bolstering that organization will help bring peace, as will your own efforts to ensure that those in power meet the above requirements.

You repeat the same platitudes over and over and over, and you have not said one thing in the past week that you haven't already said. People would be less resentful of you and your views if you would lay off of creating so many threads that are all exactly the same, save for the title. And do a little research; bring us some facts and back up your statements.

Surely you can't dismiss them that easily ?
(By the way, my rec count has rocketed in the last couple of weeks)

review your own posts if you want proof of that statement.)
just imagine what your count would be if the site allowed anti-recs!

Originally posted by STANGWell, since the definition of "platitude" is "a banal, trite, or stale remark", I guess the more appropriate question would be, which of them wasn't?

By the way, the point wasn't to dismiss them, as I've already said I happen to agree with a few. But you just keep posting the same things over and over without elaborating. It's what's called "building an argument", and you are horrible at it.
Of course your rec's have skyrocketed. Every time you create a new thread saying the same thing as all your previous threads, you give the same simps who have been rec'ing all your posts a chance to rec some more without you even having bothered to come up with something new to say.
here's a good use for stale bread.

"French Apple Bread Pudding
From an Eagle Brand recipe brochure, this is an easy bread pudding dessert made with applesauce and raisins.
3 eggs
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 jar (23 ounces) chunky applesauce, or use 2 1/2 to 3 cups chopped apples
1 3/4 cups hot water
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups French bread cubes
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat eggs, add sweetened condensed milk, applesauce or apples, water, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening completely. Turn into a buttered 9-inch square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping or dessert sauce. Cover and refrigerate leftovers. "
the key word is "mainly". do you have a count?
here is the head of the "no WMDs?" thread, repeated for your pleasure:
"the next time someone tells you the Coalition was not justified in invading Iraq, point them to this link, a 108-page rebuttal:
Iraq: Setting the Record Straight
April 2005

Maybe if the critics had been more persistent about Vietnam then Iraq wouldn't have happened.
By the way, I repeated myself mainly in threads that others opened specifically about me.
Can I suggest you copy my opening post and insert a rating beneath each line saying whether you're inclined to Strongly disagree, Disagree, Agree or Strongly agree ?
I'll debate if I don't have to scroll through attacks from people suffering blind patriotism, etc
