Why is it OK to expose other nations and their children to the real life images of death and injury of their loved ones and fellow citizens, and/or experience their own death or injury, but necessary to censor pictures of them and ban their author ???

It is necessary to preserve the bubble that protects us from understanding the consequences of our actions.

It's fine to do that, but you don't expose the people of Mali to the atrocities that occur there. Your beef is with the US and you constantly denounce them. Your ire is focused on one nation as if the US is the only country in the world that has problems. There are a whole lot of nations above the US on Amnestity Internationals list of human rights abusers, but you never mention them. No one takes you seriously because it is obvious to everyone but you that you are obsessed with the US. Take a look around Australia and you will find plenty to write about. Or maybe take a look at the nations of Africa or North Korea or Pakistan. Diversity is the key here.

I am "obsessed" with the US because its policy of violence will eventually lead to mass destruction. Countries like Australia and Africans are less likely to do so (though I protest at my own government, having headed up a march of 3000 people a week ago and currently in a case of Freedom Of Speech that is about to be tabled in Parliament). You make your comments to have my concerns dismissed but you are mistaken.

What do you define as mass destruction? Thousands of dead? Hundreds of thousands of dead? This is being done in some of the countries of the world as we speak. You don't care about that though, because the US isn't involved in them. You constantly spout about what you do for the aboriginals of Australia, but you never post anything condemning your nations treatment of them. When you start to clean your own house others may take you seriously, but until then you are just another RHP joke like Darfius.

I am concerned. I also fight for refugees and against third-world debt.

But I'm referring to hundreds of millions when I refer to the consequences of America's policy of violence.

You know Stan,

Bad things happen to a lot of people. If the US is responsible, then I apologize for my 1/260,000,000th part. How's that? I really am sorry that I am such a bad person. I didn't mean to be. I was born. Then it got worse.

The world's population is currently 6,427,891,000.

In a situation where say 1/3 of them suffer or die as a consequence of America's policy of violence and using your simplistic model where you accept responsibility for 1/260,000,000 of them, you would be responsible for 8 people.

Just pretend that they will be your own loved ones, family or friends.

Ok. I'll pretend if you will.

What happens if people are responsible for themselves and can't blame the US?

As long as we are 'pretending'?

Like I said. If I kill 1.8 million people... sorry. That is my share -- right? Well. OOOppss.

What do you know. didn't mean to. Really. Sorry.

So? Have you ever been tested for paranoidal delusional tendancies?

You should be.

Talk about paranoidal delusional tendancies ...

America invaded Iraq with deaths of over 100,000 people in search of non-existant weapons of mass destruction.

America has the biggest stock-pile of weapons of mass destruction to protect itself against what ?

Many fear what will happen when America is not longer a military or economic super-power but a policy of violence continues. Maybe the paranoid playground bully will go "too far"

Oh well. Crap happens.

That is the story of mankind.

Invade. Get invaded. Kill. Be killed.

What's the big deal?

It ain't like you haven't heard of "the chimpness of man" before.

We are just born that way. We eat meat. The bones of our enemies are really the best morsels.

Or did you miss that part?

As to going "too far"... I will assure you that I drop my first nuke on your funny little shack in the outback. Snark.

Why don't you spend less time replying to every thread and more time seeing a shrink ?

Oh gee. Let me think. Because I payed ten thousand to shrinks when I was 23 and they didn't have any answers so I grew up and faced the fact that I was screwed up for life and then figured out how to go on living by accepting reality and trying to eliminate magic from my world?

Yea. That seems about right.

Give it a try. You'll like it. If you are smart enough to do it.

Nothing. That is why we are destroying them. My son Joshua has recently supervised the official recording of the 'two millionth' chemical weapon to be destroyed at the Tooele Storage Depot. We had 90% of the (US arsenal) Chemical weapons here in Utah. We are very proud that we have burned all but 10% of them. Ninety percent of the US chemical weapons have been destroyed by Utahn's. In spite of the Left wing dogooders who would rather live with these terror weapons forever.

We know better. We are destroying them. My son is a chief research chemist at Tooele who is destroying these things.

So?

Every day another twenty thousand chemical bombs are destroyed by my son and others who dare to put themselves on the line for good. What have you destroyed Stan? What good have you done?
