She will not follow through with her promises. KH is just lying for votes because democrats want to believe her. Kamala Harris Cast the Tie-Breaking Vote to Let the IRS Track Workers’ Tips to be Taxed.

Do you honestly expect her to keep her promise to do what Trump suggested before Reagan did decades ago? Her vote record say no.
So what? She voted to enforce the law; what would you expect an ex-prosecutor to do?

All I know is Trump never tried to change that law when he was in office even with a Republican Congress and not even when he got his tax cut passed. He never even thought of it until a couple of months ago campaigning in Nevada.

Personally, I think it's a bad idea anyway; if you want to help tipped workers, raise the absurd Federal minimum wage for them - something Harris supports and Trump doesn't.

If Harris supports a minimum wage hike why didn't she accomplish that with your hero Biden? Let me guess, you will blame it on the republicans in congress. The Rockefellers control most of congress. They control both parties.

Yes, Republicans in Congress, the Senate parliamentarian who said it couldn't be included in reconciliation (which would have removed the need for a supermajority vote) and 8 Democratic Senators. https://www.businessinsider.com/8-democrats-who-voted-to-kill-the-minimum-wage-increase-2021-3

How convenient for you to blame the other party. That is how the Rockefellers arranged things. Divide and conquer. You think voting democrat will change things. Is it so hard to believe the Rockefellers control both parties?

It is a conspiracy theory! Right? Jay Rockefeller is a democrat dude. Stop fooling yourself.

I will no longer respond to any post which contains this nutty "Rockefellers rule the world" nonsense.

Jay Rockefeller is like 85 years old and has been out of the Senate for almost a decade.

How did James A. Baker become a Republican?
The elites have no party loyalty. Why do you?

I don't really. I usually vote Green even though I registered as a Democrat so I could vote for Bernie in 2016.

I have no idea.

He's 94 years old.

His friend GHW Bush wanted to have Baker in his administration and Baker told Bush there is one problem, he is democrat. Bush said "well we can change that" and Baker became a republican for the job.

They have no party loyalty. Why do you?
Party loyalty is for suckers.

Wrong. Baker hasn't been a Democrat since at least 1970; he was Finance Chairman of the Texas Republican Party in 1971 and Under Secretary of Commerce in Gerald Ford's administration. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Baker

You mean like trump who was a democrat and then became repub?

I heard it from Bush in his own words. My source is American Experience.
I am right and willing to make a bet on it.
