Woman criminally charged for miscarriage

You see how you just go further down the hole when you have no integrity and honesty, nowhere does it say she was charged for a miscarriage. You're the only one to say it.
You could display this integrity and honesty you claim to have by admitting you have no concern for women, and much less concern for this woman in particular.

Yet I clearly posted the contents of the article for all to see. Obviously, I just made a mistake.

Either way, you agree with the point of the OP: she shouldn't have been charged. The facts are that a hospital risked a woman's life by not giving her medical care because of restrictive abortion laws from right wingers.

If you had of acknowledged the title was a lie when you were called out it would be different…instead you jumped right on the miscarriage train.

the facts are she abused a corpse and has been charged with it…none of the other applies. This is how liberal media manipulates you left wingers.

a none caring lowlife culture is the issue here.

You called a woman who wasn't given medical treatment after 3 days of going to the hospital a "lowlife".

You ignore that a woman with a life-threatening condition wasn't treated because of legalities around abortion and call a woman who was left bleeding and in pain a "lowlife".

If the woman had no miscarried she could've died. She could've died because the medical staff were hampered by abortion laws. The miscarriage at home would've never happened if not for right-wingers and their laws.

So the thread title is a lie, at least we agree on that. Next thing to agree on is she checked herself out of hospital against medical advice.
Because she could not get the medical procedure that any half sane medical professional would proscribe you sad turd of a human being
America is on the cusp of being a third world country with Trump and the ‘power at any cost’ gop pushing the national bus over the cliff

What is with you and your continually lying?

”However, “Brittany Watts signed herself out of the hospital against medical advice on 9/19/2013,”

READ THAT TILL YOU UNDERSTAND IT!

She was for three days. On her last day she was there for eight hours. And they did nothing.

How long should she have sat there when it was clear they weren't helping her?

“The issue isn’t how the child died, when the child died. It’s the fact that the baby was put into a toilet, large enough to clog up the toilet, left in that toilet, and she went on her day,” prosecutor Lewis Guarnieri said at preliminary hearing last month, according to footage from WKBN.

Damnit do you people even read the links you post?

At the time, Watts’ pregnancy “was 21 weeks, 5 days gestation,” the report says. In Ohio, abortions are legal until fetal viability – which is generally considered to be around 22 to 24 weeks of pregnancy. After viability, the state can legally restrict abortion access unless the patient’s life or health are at risk.

Since when do you quote prosecutors? If If I start quoting Trump's prosecutors will you admit he's guilty?

The circumstances leading up to an alleged "crime" are always important in *any* case, regardless of what a prosecutor for a red state says.

A woman spending days in a hospital with a life-threatening pregnancy not being induced despite medical staff agreeing it should, can't be ignored.

Friggin' Ohio again. b'jeezus.

So the woman is traumatized for the loss, and the state hits her with this??? ash holes
She wasn't traumatised, the thing (had fingers) wouldn't go down the drain when she flushed it, she then carried on with her day.

vivify likes to power up her posts with the 'f*' word, just take a look at the thread title, for which there has been no acknowledgement of it's severe falsity nor a retraction made. vivify can not be taken seriously.

So let's have some.

The hospital already knew what to do but couldn't because if abortion legalities.

Where did you get this info, the article linked said she was within the Ohio limits for abortions and there are allowances after that if the mothers health is at risk.
