Singapore will throw you in jail, for dropping a gum wrapper on a street, the first thing a guide warns ou about when you step off the train. That is their law. Duchess, if a person does that, he knows he will be put in jail. Like, the woman who carved up the pregnant woman.....I think the penalty is death. Each country has its own laws.
