@sh76 saidas opposed to how the current system administers your $$.
I mean, I read all about the Tax Cut and Jobs Act and how it would help me, but I'm punching the numbers into TurboTax and I can't believe how low my effective tax rate is.
Yeah, the 5 kids and the mortgage interest and all that jazz help, but really, Uncle Sam? That's it?
Don't get me wrong. I'm not volunteering any more than I have to pay to avoid going to the slammer, b ...[text shortened]... ed to do is find some politicians who'd know how to administer my extra tax $$ and we'll be perfect.
Remind me again, how much money is wasted due to bureaucracy in dealing with private insurers? How much of Medicare funds goes to bureaucracy and administrative costs?
Sure, it's more comfortable remaining set in your prejudice that government is wasteful, private is efficient. Investigating the truth however on a case by case basis requires determination and some intelligence in interpreting the results. What do you say, do you have them?

When you give up on diplomacy and spend up big on defense and military hardware, its bound to happen.
@sh76 saidWhen was that? The 1940s?
