Your thoughts on AI?

In HALO when they go rampant you just make another AI to beat up the first rampant one like Mendicant Bias and Offensive Bias

Saw that, so the gist is we have to instill safeguards so there would be hard circuitry stopping AI from say building its own battle bots and such, also instilling morals into the circuitry is another tool to use.
