These aren't "unruly teenagers".
This is not normal in a civilized society.

Finally got the video from kingdavid and your such a racist all you see is black people acting up, you seriously need to see a mental health professional if you can only see black teenagers.
It’s a mixed crowd that coincides with the ethnic mix in Nottingham.
