So YSL art sale includes art stolen from China, according to its goverment.

Is Mr B right in holding back the return based on China's human rights record or is this guy just taking the "p**s".....

Personally, if something is stole from its owner and this can be proven,the it should be returned regardless

I join you in your assessment. When stolen goods are found, there is no excuse, of any sort, preventing return to rightful owner. Be it private citizen or the state, Mr. B.
